In our effort to obtain a near perfect packaging material, we invested in printing machineries along with complete range of supporting equipments such as:

Reproduction Facility:

• Elaborate reproduction equipments such as Computer to Plate (CtP) processing, Colour separation, Plate scanning, Art work by Computer (Macintosh), AGFA Accuset 1500 plus, Camera, Plate processor m/c.

Staff and management and all employee are all Indonesian. We recruit, train, maintain, develop and up grade our skill and ability by means of intensive internal training programs, as well as external seminars, work shops and short course programs conducted by local colleges.

Man Power:

It is worthy to notice that 450 full time (production man power) and 50 part time manually glue shoe boxes and fold boxes for frozen shrimp to allow our customers to use the packaging materials right away.

Raw material for packaging are paper and printing ink. Responding to back up the government policy to increase, if possible completely, the usage of local materials, we have done so.

The monthly consumption of paper is approximately 750 MT and of printing ink is approx 3.5 MT. The lead time for paper is almost 2 weeks since we order special sized paper to increase efficiency.
